We don't make our supplements in capsules because the correct dosages will not fit into a realistic amount of capsules. The average capsule contains around 500mg of active ingredients. For a supplement like Clear & Focused Mind with 5 grams per serve this would be 10 capsules a day! Be very cautious about any supplements in capsules as they're likely very under dosed. This under dosing drastically increases a supplement companies profit margin while leaving you with less than optimal results. So you easily get the correct, evidence based dosage a powder based form is the best option. Plus you get the added benefit of increasing your water intake which most of us need.

*this does not mean you should increase your dosage if you are taking a capsuled supplement as some will contain the correct dosage especially if they only have one ingredient. You MUST check with your Doctor or health professional before changing any dosages.
